TRICKY PLURALS

Here is a list of well-known words whose plural forms can be tricky: “analysis”, “appendix”, “axis”, “bandit”, “formula”, “index”, “medium”, ‘memorandum”, “parenthesis”and “vertebra”.
Identify the plural forms of each word.
Note that some can have two acceptable forms. Try to list both.
